Like the name says, an all-night open-air rooftop bar with cold beer, plenty of spirits, a nice view, a great breeze and a chill out ambiance. Clean, comfortable, relaxed atmos- phere. Foosball table. Cable TV. Formerly the Moonshine.

Excellent place for a night cap. Friendly manager is happy to pass on his good advice to newbies. A huge Jack-coke, only $2.50. You need to be sober enough to climb all the stairs though.
